NARSIS Voice Mail

NARSIS Voice Mail system (part of NARSIS CTI), allows you to have voice boxes for each employee.

Caller can leave a message or ask a question if the employee is not available at the moment.

Employee can listen to his messages using a phone or a computer. Messages can also be forwarded to your email address so you can listen to your messages where ever you are using a computer or your cell phone.

Question & Answer system:

NARSIS Voice Mail can also be used to set up a “Question & Answer” system. This system provides an efficient indirect communication between you and your clients.

  • In this system caller is asked to record his question. System will provide the caller with his question’s code number.
  • Later on, you will listen to all questions and record an answer for each question.
  • Caller can call back and listen to his answer by dialing the question’s code.
