NARSIS Pay By Phone System

One of the most convenient methods to pay a bill, recharge an account, reserve a service or just buy some products is to use a phone and a credit card.

It is very fast and easy. User can do it anywhere using his home, work or cell phone without need for a computer or internet access and without the hassle of insecurity of entering credit card information online.

This system can be merged with other systems like IVR, appointment reminder, message delivery, etc

Who needs this system?

  • Businesses with billing system:

    Doctors, medical labs, hospitals, communication companies, utility companies, insurance companies, support & warranty service providers to remind clients and reregister them for the new interval, etc

  • Recharging an account:

How it works for the user:

This system can work in two different ways.

  1. Client / customer dials a number provided by your company and the system responds
  2. System dials the clients phone no and asks him to pay his bill or purchase a product

Here are some sample scenarios:

  • Pay a bill:

    • The user calls a number provided by your company and dials his account no when he is asked for.
    • The system gets the account information and the amount due.
    • User can accept the amount or change it.
    • User enters his credit card information using the dial pad on his phone.
    • The system contacts your merchant service provider and validates the credit card information and charges the customer while he is right on the phone.
    • User’s credit card information can be saved in the system so that for the next time, user doesn’t have to reenter the whole information.
  • Remind a pass due debt and collect the money:

    • The system calls a client and reminds him of the past due debt and asks whether he wants to pay right now
    • System asks for the credit card information
    • User enters his credit card information using the dial pad on his phone.
    • The system contacts your merchant service provider and validates the credit card information and charges the customer while he is right on the phone.
  • Buy a product:

    • User calls a number provided by your company
    • System provides him a list of available products.
    • User selects the desired product
    • System announces the price and asks for credit card information
    • User enters his credit card information using the dial pad on his phone.
    • The system contacts your merchant service provider and validates the credit card information and charges the customer while he is right on the phone.

How it works for me? / How can I order?

There are two ways to make use of this system:

  1. Hosted service:

    In this method you don’t need to buy anything. You just order this service and pay monthly for it. All the equipments are installed in our office. You can also transfer your own phone no to our office.

    System uses your own merchant account so you will receive the money directly and you can get reports and control activities from our website.

  2. In place service:

    In this method you pay for the system and the system will be installed in your place (If you have a proper computer, it can be installed on your own computer). So you are the owner of the system and you can control its activities and get reports. We do all the support and maintenance if required.
