NARSIS Auto Attendant

NARSIS Auto Attendant system integrates with your PBX and allows callers to be automatically transferred to a user's extension without the intervention of a receptionist. A receptionist can also be reached by pressing 0 (or any designated key) on the dial pad.

This system can be merged with other NARSIS systems such as IVR, Auto Dialer, Voice Mail, etc.

Features of NARSIS Auto Attendant:

  • Voice recognition:

    Caller can reach to user’s extension by saying his first name, last name, or nick name (department name).

  • 'Dial-by-name' directory:

    Caller can reach the user by dialing his first, last or nickname on the dial pad

  • General and customizable user states

    User states like ‘Do not disturb’, ‘Busy’, ‘Out for lunch’, ‘In a meeting’, ‘On a vacation’, etc which can lead to different actions and messages to the caller

  • Transfer to outside phone lines (find me)

    Based on the user status and who is calling (programmable by user) the system will transfer to outside phone lines including user's cell or home phone or any other phone that is intruduced to the system for 'Fine Me' feature.

  • Transfer to backup user

    Based on the user status and who is calling (programmable by user) the system can transfer to a backup user (who can be a colleague or the manager).

  • Transfer to voice mail

    In conjunction with the NARSIS Voice Mail, and based on the user status and caller (programmable by user) the system will forward the caller to the voice mail.

  • Send email / SMS

    Whenever there is a missed call or new message, the system can send you an SMS to notify you of the call or send you an email with the message / fax so you can listen to your message or read your fax from your blackberry or any computer.

  • Full integration with NARSIS voice mail

    Enables you to create voice/fax mail boxes for users so that users can check their messages remotely using a phone or locally from their computer or forward the messages to any email address

  • Full integration with NARSIS IVR

    Enables you to create menus and self service features

  • Full integration with NARSIS Computer Telephony Integration system

    Enables you to access / update information from any database or website

  • Full integration with NARSIS Auto Dialer system

    Enables you to work as outbound system during non business hours and deliver messages to customers

    Enables you to receive money by phone
